MEI Number : 911306750290487 Courier Docket Number : 8026 2517 3920 Complaint : 310000105634 I have given ear phone for repairing on 12-Sep and it’s been 20 days already I am waiting for ear phone. I have emailed, SMSed, and called them multiple time but everytime they say the same line that your ear phone will get back to you ASAP. I am thinking they have stolen/lost my earphone. Status of ear phone is also not updated on their system. Can some one please tell me How can I escalate this ? I am not even getting Email ID of the CEO , MD, HR or any imp person of xolo to escalate this. This is worst xolo customer service and brand – xolo i have ever experienced. Don’t buy any product of XOLO Can someone please help??
