I had purchased xolo x900 hade set from flipkart.com after 5 months i got network problem in hand set so i log complaint on xolo customer care 180030100104 with complaint no 310000081264.then they collect my hadset by fedex service with dockit no 803104000455 and send to lava international pvt ltd mumbai 1003/1004 10th Floor Sector:19D The Ambience Court Opp:RTO Office, Navi Mumbai Vashi but after 15 days they dont call me or mail.when i trying to all or mail they dont give proper answer told to wait 48 hours dont reply with my any mails.

The mobile price is Rs 17500.00 and they are wasting my important time with this customer care. I need to return my mobile in good condition or return my money with interest of 6 months.
