I’m Satish Verma, baught my xolo q700 phone on may 2013. I had a problem with battery drain very quickly so dropped to xolo Hyderabad service centre on 28 jan 2014. I haven’t get my phone back from then. They have a different story everytime and there is no update as of now. The customer service people are escalating the issue but of no use. Planning to go to consumer forum as I want my money back or a new handset otherwise face the pain.

: I have submitted my Xolo Q700 mobile battery to D M Teleservice at Malad on 4th Jan.14 as my battery was problematic. They have asked me for replacement of the same. As i am regularly following for my battery with them. They are just telling that the battery has not yet arrived from company in the mean while the New battery they have received from company were defective, so they have placed order for new battery. From 4th Jan. 14 till date i have kept the mobile at house in my showcase just for show. Regards, Abhijit.
