I have bought a Xolo Q1000 Android Smart Phone on 15.01.2014 from The Mobile Palace in Siliguri. Within warranty period on 19.03.2014 I saw suddenly the touch pad is not working properly. The very next day on 20.03.2014 I give it to the Xolo Service Center (Connecting Point), Siliguri. They assure me the Mobile will dispatch to Delhi for repairing and after 15 to 20 days they will handed over to me. But after pass the 20 days neither they call me for the same nor they are delivered me the handset. I follow up the case regular basis and attend their office every day. But they still harraoused me that you come next day. After fallowup the 28 days on 18.04.2014 the set has come and I received the Hand set with OK touch pad condition. But after coming home I saw The Charging is not working properly. The phone is not taking the charge from electricity. then the very next day on 19.04.2014 similarly I give it to Xolo service center(Connetcting Point), Siliguri. Now they says the Charger point of phone is damaged, it will take another 20 days for repaired the same. Then I told them to, if a new product with in warranty period have lots of problems, please refer me to replace the handset. But they are not supported me and behave like nuisance. I feel very bad and they are still harraous me for the set…. It is my kind request to you please help me out for replace the a new well condition handset..
