Xolo mobile – Hang Up Speaker Problem not solve by the centre

I had a problem with the service of Xolo Company. I had purchased Xolo Q700 IMEI-911310450550414 in August 2013, and after few weeks there exists a problem of MIC. They told me to submit the phone to service center and need to send to the HO for solution. I got the phone after 15 days, with 2 additional problems added with it such as Speaker, Phone Hang Up Problem. Again they said that submit your phone, I submitted on 30-11-2013 and got back on 30-12-2013. Speaker problem was solved by hang up still exists. And after 1 month, new problem arise was network problem, network coverage won’t come besides having two sim inserted in it. Again I had submitted on 21-1-14.

So, Finally it is proved that Company is not capable of solving the fault. And I requested to the service center that if you are not capable to solve the problem, it is better to exchange with new piece. They replies as we are not having authority for replacement. After that I asked to customer care regarding this, they said that we can’t replace the device, until unless service center won’t confirm us. So, I WANT MY PHONE TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE NOW I AM NOT READY FOR THE 4TH TIME TO GIVE MY PHONE AND WAIT FOR 1-1.5 MONTHS. Other Companies may be able to solve once within the short time. Then there is no question for service. But Xolo is something different, they are just interested in selling nothing else. I EXPECT APPROPRIATE RESPONSE.
