I have submitted my phone (XOLO Q800) on 2nd May, 2014 to ‘SG Infotech Service Center’ in Borivali (Mumbai) I have given my phone to service center for repair Simcard 1 slot damage & today its the 22nd day still i have not got my phone back what the Hell services XOLO is giving to their consumer you cannot imagine how much loss i am facing on daily basis without phone….who will be responsible for all this monetary loss..is XOLO is going to bear it…kindly confirm. And today what i have been came to know from the SG Infotech Service Center that your phone is still on the way to repair factory.. i was shocked after i heard this…it means till it has not reached to the right place in 22 days…What the HELL? they are talking…Suppose if i have to deliver any phone in USA that also don’t take so many days it will be deliver in 5-10 days max to max…in India you are taking so may days to deliver the phone it means that your company is fooling us…don’t underestimate us OKAY. Kindly take this matter in TOP most priority
I should get my phone repair in a weeks time including delivery time.
