Xolo Mobile – Poor Battery Performance – Review

Complaint Title : battery not yet delivered Xolo should delivered the battery or arrange for the replacement Complaint Detail : Hi, I bought Xolo Q700 phone on 10 oct 2013. At beginning the phone was working awesome. Then around January 2014 started facing problem with battery. I complaint against that as there was 6 months battery warranty. Then almost battery got swollen and from Feb 2014 I am just waiting for the battery to get delivered. In between I went to two xolo care centers, there they were registering the names of the person who want batteries. I found out that there are many other who are facing the same problem. I wrote to the company, but no reply. At the centers they told me when ever the battery will be available they will call me and tell me to collect the battery. Till the date I am waiting for the battery to get delivered. From January I am not able to use the phone. Now, the warranty period is going to end up. I am complaining against Xolo company, and both the centers who are not able to deliver the product. If batteries are not available then they should arrange replacement. Till the date I am waiting for the product to get delivered. I request to take serious actions against Xolo Company and Xolo Care centers.

I want a complete replacement.
