Xolo Mobile Poor Quality, Worst Customer Service

I submitted my Xolo Q1010 handset to Xolo Care, Hari Om Services(Code-1300502), Noida Uttar Pradesh-201301 on 31 jan 2015 to repair my charging jack defect. On 7 feb 2015 they returned my handset but gave another defect in my handset. My phone’s ‘ear speaker’ stopped working. So I had to submit my set again stating new problems.(They gave me its Workorder Number 310001140259) Now it’s been almost 30 days passed, I haven’t got my set back. I have called the XOLO customer care(180030100104) almost 7-8 times but neither they are telling me any expected date to get my set back nor they are letting me to speak with their seniors.

I paid Rs 12300 for this handset and I don’t have anything from the company’s side except a piece of paper containing my mobile phone’s information….! I want my handset back or want my 12300 rupees of my handset.
