Servicing Issues with Hans Hyundai for my i20 Concern – Recently, I got my car presented for scheduled, regular service at Hyundai Service Center, Hans Hyundai, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. To my surprise, the Service center has been asking for exorbitant charges for a fault of the defect of bad service quality at Hyundai. I seek your attention to mediate the dispute between me and the mentioned service center. I am writing to you after much mental agony and deliberation. Please advise and provide me a forum to take my matter up for resolution.

My car is un-operational and stands static. I have to manage through autos and hired car for going to work. I want the Service Center to correct the fault they have left in my car after the service done at their service center free of charge for which they are asking money again.
