Sir, i have made recharge on 23/02/2015 on aircel mobile online for rs 279 and rs 55 on mobile no-8083911836 from my union bank of India a/c and amount debited respectively twice instantly but neither i didn’t received any credit or benefits in mobile a/c till date for which i have communicated earlier on 25/02/2015 but till date more than 10 days has passed but my amount has not been refunded back in my account and neither i received any communication for any specified action taken by them for my problem.i am sending you a/c statement which will prove my words and urge you kindly refund my all amount into my account as soon as possible for which i will be ever humble to you.
