Sir my Order No. is 310000628708 I have Xolo Q800 Handset and i have Deposited my handset on 2/08/2014 because Touch was not working so i submit my handset F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Ltd. Address: 1/3A Yudhistar Marg, Opp. Yojna Bhawan Near Dear Park, C – Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan . But sir i am very disappointed with xolo service. now after 16 days i not get my phon till today. i am badly suffering. Please sir do necessary for this complaint

You have the worst product quality And you say that they are premium phone Premium to my foot I bought a phone named XOLO Q2000L And the worst part the touch isnt working in 20 DAYS And to be considered that the phone might have some issues But YOUR SERVICE CENTER OF GHATKOPAR is worse than than the worst. I gave my phone for repair and they have my phone till ONE GODDAMN MONTH CANT YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE BUY PHONE FOR USING ND NOT FOR KEEPING IT IN THE SERVICE CENTERS I WANT MY PHONE IN THE NEXT WEEK OR ILL FILE A SUIT AGAINST YOU I WANT MY GODDAMN PHONE
