I had given my xolo q 800 to nehru place, delhi branch My work order no.- 310000142825 on 2nd nov.’13, there was only a small issue of charging jack, on 29th nov. i visited branch to know status as they never picks up call, the branch manager called to Xolo repair unit in front of me and gave me assurance to collect on 3rd dec.’14 but till today they are clueless . Its more than a month now

N1 Mobile Defective Set
I have purchased mobile N1 through net payment. I have recd mobile set on 16 sept 2013. I have face lot of problem and contacted head office for solution.I have sent mobile to Delhi service center recd after one moth with same problem.
i want my mobile should replace or refund of money.

If any manufacture defective is persisting so company should take sufficient action before launching other set. I hope i will get justice.
