Xolo Mobile – Repeated problem no customer service

My phone Xolo q800 IMEI No 911306750443300 has been submitted in service center(Guru Nanak Communications, WZ-254, Ist Floor Main Nagafgarh Road New Delhi – 110059)since 15/06/2014 and the same has been handed over to me thrice (02 times repeated problem mentioned in enclosed invoice) at service saying that it is ok now but problem is still there and whenever I go they just say ok we will repair it. It is going to be 40 days now. My warranty is also going to expire in Sep 2014 and if they keep on working temporary like this I will definitely face problem after warranty. There is no policy for no of days they will take to repair. I am totally exhausted after visiting their service center a lot of times, but these people don’t worry about consumer problems. I have also contacted them on their centralized phone no 180030100104 but same answer kindly co-ordinate with service center. How much should I co-operate. I request you to kindly look into the matter and ask the company to get the handset repaired properly by replacing its motherboard or display or else give me a new handset as it is already going to be 40 days and their is a limit for everything.

Kindly help me to get my handset replaced or get it repaired properly by replacing its motherboard or Display so that the problem will not arise in future.
