Herewith I am lodging the complaint with regard to the purchase of your mobile. Model Name : XOLO BLACK, GSM Smart phone manufactured on 01.07.2015. I have purchased the cell phone on 17.09.2015 through the dealer “Mobile City”, Alakode in Kannur District, Kerala for 13,900/-. (Rupees thirteen thousand nine hundred) After six months of purchase the mobile set became un useful and the same has entrusted the dealer for repair. Even though the dealer claimed that they have made some repair work through the company but after two weeks again the mobile phone became out of order and cannot be used and as such I have returned the product to the dealer on 02.05.2016. In this regard necessary action may be taken to redress my grievance.
