I have purchased Xolo x910 mobile from flipkart in the month of Sep-2013, on 24.06.2014 it got problem related to sim1 & sim2 not working and software problem. I have submitted the same at Xolo service center, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh . The work order number 310000531989. The service center people tole me that the repair work will be completed in 15 days. But 50 days were over , but the repair work not completed .

Due to delay in repairing of my mobile, i am unable to get calls . They have kept my Rs.10540/- rupees phone at service center , Noida without repairing the same even 50 days over.

Order them to repair the same immediately or replace a new phone
