I bought a Xolo X900 phone in April 2013 and its vibration feature stopped working within 2 months. I tried to deposit it at Allahabad Collection Center in Civil Lines but they won’t accept the phone as it was bought from Flipkart. I went to Noida service center and deposited the phone on 23rd Dec 2013. And till today (i.e. 18 Jan 2014) the phone is still waiting for parts to arrive. Its been 32 days since!! Now, since i reside in Allahabad i made a small request to deliver the phone to Allahabad collection center which was rejected straight. I just want my phone to be shipped to Allahabad collection center from where i can easily get it but even this small request can’t be taken! AWFUL! I am so dejected. I am never ever buying Xolo again and never advising anyone to buy. Being a college student i will make sure no one in influence buys it and will also post on all reviews sites about my this horrible experience.
