I have purchased the phone XOLO A500s IPS,on 7th Jan 2014.within a month my phone get dead.I was in Bokaro steel city at that time.the nearest service center was in Dhanbad which is about 2 – 3 hours away from bokaro.I reached the service center & asked to deposit the phone as they have to change the mother board of phone.I got that phone after 24 days.just after two days(26th march 2014) phone screen starts flikring & hanging again I contacted the service center in Dhanbad and they ask me to deposit the phone & they promises me to return the phone within week.but I haven`t recived my phone till date.I contacted xolo care they replied the is still under repairing.plese help me out I am very much frusteted with thier service.

Now I dont want this phone now as I am totally fed up of this phone. I want my money back which I invested to purchase this phone.and I also want my loss is to be redeemed due to travelling to there service center.
