Xolo Play 8X 1100-Hell lot of issues

Workorder number 510004342237 Totally frustrated by Xolo I purchased Xolo Play 8x 1100 in the month of sept 2014, from that date till today I am struggling with this phone. Firstly it had heating problem for which I submitted my phone and got replacement/ swapped phone. Secondly replaced phone itself had issues, it was not storing battery while charging. I submitted and got replacement again. Thirdly, now I am using phone which was given to me as third replacement, I have attached service slip in which its fault have been depicted/numerated. One of its mentioned FAULT spot on screen has emerged again. I don’t have enough power now to stand in queue and wait for submission of phones at service centers. Please advise what should I do now????? Need your intervention here. I have written mail on daily basis to Monika, however in none of the response she has answered my queries specifically. Just take my last mail example, I asked for handset delivery at noida RF, she responded allow time till mon. It means handset dispatched on 9th would reach on 15th (from Delhi to Noida). Also if handset already received it will take 3 days to correct it, in this case technicians at Rohini service center have already tried to repair so I assume problem is identified, is this called speedy response? Honestly I am tired now, really tired. I am ready to bear loss of 25% of bill amount, get me refund for rest amount. Regards Yogesh
