I have purchased XOLO Q 1200 with IMEI 911372150006428 on dated 17.06.2014 vide bill no. 1412 from Nangal (PUNJAB). In the month of July there was a problem in mobile phone battery and in screen (The battery got puffed and screen was coming out of the mobile assembly). The phone stopped working. I visited the Customer service centre and handed my cell phone for repair at Sham Electronics of XOLO at Una(H.P). After two months my phone was handed over to me with a promise that i will not face such problem in future but on November 2014 the phone again malfunctioned and previous issues were again occurred. I request you to change my faulty phone as it is creating inconvenience to me as i am unable to use it.
