My XOLO Q 700 smart phone screen got damaged and complaint was lodged on 18 Jun complaint no 310000071404. Phone was picked up from home by fedex 0n 19 jun tracking id 8031 0513 0365. Xolo promised that my phone will be repaired within 5 days. I had paid requisite amount Rs 4095.00 as repair charges on 18 Jul by netbanking I was told by customer care that my phone will be dispatched within 48 Hrs but till now there is no update and neither customer care is replying satisfactorily on my queries.
XOLO customer care daily tells to check after 24 Hrs, I am frustrated calling daily to customer care. I purchased my phone in May 13 and phone got damaged in jun 13. I was promised that any repair will be completed within 5 days of lodging complaint. Its more than a month but phone is still not repaired.
I want my phone back and compensation for not getting repaired with in promised period of 5 days and inordinate delay in getting phone repaired.
