Job sheet number: 310000431845 Since from 14/5/2014, iam interacting with Xolo associates for service of my Xolo Q 800, till date I have not received the handset are no informed (update) related to my Handset. We have called to Mobile: 7411200143 Mr. Gevithan (ASM of Jayanagar Bangalore) XOLO, and Mr. Mahaveer form Xolo service point. Wonder part is this is second time handset have been gone to service point within a year. We have done the n numbers of follow up with the team but team is not picking up my call itself. On 11th June 2014, I have received the SMS stating that, “madam kindly hold a day. Will arrange for handset replacement received from: 7411200143 time: 12:17:05PM.
