My Xolo Q1000 handset started malfunctioning on the 2th month of purchase. I device was handed over to the Xolo service centre in vele parle mumbai (Mobile Lab) on march 13, 2014. More than 35 days and still Xolo care has not returned my handset. I have contacted the service centre, who stated that the handset has been sent to Xolo facility for servicing. I have registered a complaint. xolo servic centre the consumer complaint portal and still there is no reply. Xolo is not a good brand. Their service is the worst in the world. Please stay away from Xolo products.

I have been to the xolo care center in jammu in feb just asking help for the broken glass of my camera. I was told that would be provided with the new body of the phone but it has been april now but i have not got my xolo q1000.
