My Xolo Q2500 customer service work order No. is 310000408403 My Xolo Q2500 got defective and the display was broken I submitted My piece to Service Center In Thane CCom Communications Pvt Ltd. I had Submitted My Phone on 09.04.2014 But Till Now It Has Not Been Repaired. I had also given the confirmation to repair my device which they told the approx cost of 7,500 But till now I didn’t got any call Every week they sent a mail and say it will take 5 working days. But till now date i haven’t received my phone. Nor the service center give proper answer Please Help me out.
