I have submitted my xolo Q500 on 18-Feb-2014 at Thane service centre. Work order Number : 310000260977 Problem was with my handset – Pattern lock When I visited service center, I have been informed that, service center did not receive handset after replacing PCB. Once receive it will be delivered. But when I contacted again on phone after multiple retries, I have been informed with surprise news, handset will be sent to Vashi service centre for PCB replacement and it may take around 8 days. Still I am not clear what is the problem with handset, For me it just a simple task to reset with wipe data option. Then why is it gone for PCB replacement. If this is due to XOLO security, and we are not able to reset it, then I say its a useless security feature. and it should not be enabled at all. One more problem is that none of the mobile/Contact number of service centre is working, and no one is bother to pick up the calls. Few mobile number are switched OFF, Few are not active Few are not picked UP, even we send SMSs One contact number of of 9 digit only. The numbers are 9702449485 8286767777 8879331240 8097141644 9769451550 – Mr. Amol’s Mobile number 9 Digit number on work order number is : 702449485 ( Its a blunder printing mistake) I wanted to check status of handset before going to collect handset, but unfortunately no contact number is working or not picking UP. XOLO must provide good customer support. Its support is worst. Even talking many times to customer care did not help, and I am not getting my handset as well as new handset. and no status for handset.
Need new handset with high configuration than the current model and not needed this xolo Q500.
