I had purchased XOLO Q700i mobile from delhi on 02/02/2014 and the same i am using in india, some how the display of the mobile had broken, I went to the authorized dealer to get this display repair but not getting satisfactory response ,it has been 3 months my handset is lying in service center named- ROHAN TELE SERVICES Authorised service center xolo mobile, but no response I am getting from them, vide they had issued the old work order no-310001082897 dt.and new word order no -310001204182 dt. 14/01/2015 and assure me that your mobile will be repaired with in a day or two, but one week had passed and not getting any response, even I am not claiming any warranty, so I would like to request you to kindly help and get my mobile repair or replace from the xolo and oblige. Please help me.
