Xolo Q800 – Defective issues delay in repair

sir, i was purchase xolo Q800 (imei- 911306750133711, 911306751106963(after main-board replacement)) model on 17-may 2013. since purchase, it got so many problems in year. nearly 3 times service repair in warranty. and about 4 months it was in service centre in a year. again its not working from 25 may 2014 and now i am out of warranty now. phone not lasted for a year also. i think i got cheated and got the defective piece from xolo. summery of my repairs – 9-dec-2013 submitted to service centre got – heating – screen broken – usb data cable connection issues. got phone after long period of 45 days. (Job sheet attached ) 18-mar-2014 again after a month got same issues they evaluated problem as charging port broken and charged me rs450. but they were wrong port was ok but previous issue was there 20-mar-2014 again i came to service centre reporting same issue as the issue was not solved as the evaluated it as port broken it again taken 1 month to repair (attaching bill of 450, but i misplaced copy of job sheet of revisit) 25 may 2014 again i got same problem now i am out of warranty from may phone is in defective condition as i don’t got time to repair that i think i got cheated and got the defective piece from xolo, now they are not replacing or repairing my phone. phone not lasted for a year also. very bad quality by xolo. so much harassment to get phone repair and so much headache throughout year by defective phone. i request you to put your attention in this matter and help me to get phone replaced or refund from xolo. thank you attaching 2 service repair sheets 3rd cant attached as i misplaced it Phone bill

i want refund or replacement or repair at least from xolo
