Dear Sir, My name is satendra Verma. i have deposited my Xolo Q800 (Black) mobile in Balaji enterprise kolkata on date 14/06/2014. Already they have taken more than 40 days but i haven’t received my phone till now. they only said that it is pending for parts. So i make a call in Xolo care on 180030100104, and surprise to know that Balaji Enterprise logged my call on date 10/07/2014. It s ridiculous, because from last 25 days they are keep telling me that it will be done in next 2 days. So i request you to take proper action on this concern.

Either mobile phone with extra warranty which was lapsed during servicing period OR full Price of the Mobile set.
