First of all I have to tell that there is no customer service in XOLO. I bought this product because of the door step collection and support but that didnt happen so i approached the center by person. I gave my mobile before 12 days still I am waiting for the status but there is no response. I am in doubt whether my mobile is there or not because daily I am calling to the center asking about the status the xolo care members not responding to me no update. They simply said we mailed to higher officials.But daily I am calling asking about the status nearly 10 days. Finally today I went to care center directly but that xolo care person asking me to dont come here without informing us. we will call you then only you have to come here otherwise dont come to center. this is the response I am geeting from him. I was totally disopoined with that reply is this way how this company treat the customers. This is not a XOLO care totally waste. Now I want to know whether I will get my mobile back or you guys will use it or you are going to resale it to some other persons like me. I already consult with advocate about this issue if I didnt get my mobile back or the customer care executives is not registering the complaint for this I will proceed with advocate.
