This is regarding my Xolo Q-1000 handset which I purchased on Jan 1st 2014 with IMEI no-911310200839836. On Apr 29 th I given my handset to VR Info Serv center, Indira Nagar, Bangalore for complaints of one small dots present n the display and battery drop. They told it will take 20 days to rectify so gave the handset to them , On 17 th may when went to receive the handset, In front me they opened the courier box which came from NOIDA with some 10 handsets inside without any protective packaging, I checked the handset, the handset condition was very bad.
Problems which I found , its not getting charging and not getting switched on, camera glass was broken, Panel got damaged and not even one screws are not replaced in the handset. The same day in front of me the service center staff send a mail to Karnataka manager Mr. Jeevithan damaged photographs, I directly spoke to mr.Jeevithan and he guaranteed me within 3 days he will arrange the new piece for the replacement. The same I informed to Mr.Nithin Delhi. But till now didn’t get the replacement. and nobody is giving the proper information. Daily I will make 5-6 calls for this issue. and I was supposed to leave from Bangalore, Only for this issue I m staying here in Bangalore. yesterday service center staff given me an information like my handset again they send to Noida for review and they given me a notification number which is 310000461807. So kindly check and do the needful. I want immediate response so I send you this mail. I can wait for a day not more than that, because its already 40 days over.
