Xolo SmartPhone Mobile – No Customer Care

The cause of fault as reported by customer care: xolo secure and xolo child mode are not compatible with each other. so it got locked and none of the keys are working. i reported the same problem by mail and phone to customer care. mails send on 9oct’13, 10oct’13, 17oct’13, 22oct’13. only getting assurance, but the mobile is still at the collection center after 13 long days, whereas repair window is only 5 days.

Visited collection center twice, and called collection center and customer care about 16 times, used my new mobile for only 19 days, and still waiting for repair. till date no progress but only assurance.

I’ll accept the relief as decided by the consumer court of law.
