Xolo X900 handset – After Sales poor service

This is in reference to problems which I am facing with my Xolo X900 handset & XOLO customer service. My handset’s rear camera was not working and I submitted the same at Netaji Subhash Place Service centre (Best Services) on 12 th Nov ’13 and got it back on 23rd Nov ’13. On the same day, I had to visit the service centre again as the device was not booting and it was displaying blank screen only. They reloaded the OS and gave it to me. The phone was functioning fine till night and all of sudden phone switched off intermittently. I reset it factory settings but problem persisted & again I visited the service center on 26 th Nov ’13 & they said that phone would be sent to company for the required action, work order no. for the same is 310000162697. I got a call from service centre on 3rd Dec ’13 that my phone has been repaired and they asked me to collect the same. I collected the handset on 4th Dec ’13 & before giving receiving I used my handset for 15-20 minutes and the phone again switched off intermittently. I did not receive the handset & again submitted the handset at service centre. They said that they have no control over the company and gave me contact no. of Mr. Satish (8800647774) from Lava whom I am trying to call from 4th Dec ’13 but he is not answering my calls. I am constantly following up with service centre and xolo customer care but till date I have not received my phone.

I want my phone back in perfect working condition ASAP and also want that Lava company should be fined for such pathetic after sales service.
