This phone is about 14months old, last couple of months i noticed the phone over heating and when it does the network gets switched off, this tend to increase and today it heats every now and then making it very difficult to use the phone. XOLO does not have service center in mangalore and when trying to reach them over the phone it was not useful.

I would want a replacement of this phone to a brand new one and also a compensation for all the hardship i have gone through. Hope it would teach such brands to be serious with thier customers and bring out only products which are safe and reliable.
