LAVA XOLO X900 I purchased Lava XOLO X900 phone 6 months back, on 3rd March 2013 at the price of Rs 16000. Since June my phone started having problem with its battery. Phone’s battery discharged within 2 and half hour after charging it 100%. I delivered my phone at the service/collection center in Surat (Gujarat) and phone was sent on 07/04/2013 at the service center. The collection center guy told me that, I will get a call from Xolo and the phone’s issue will be resolved then, and by that time Xolo will send me a stand by phone to use in the mean time. I went back and forth to the collection center after 15 days but the guy there also didn’t have any clue and he asked me to contact customer care # 1-800-30-100-104 and also call Mr Dinesh @ 09167730074. I kept calling but all the effort in vain. The phone # was always busy and it still is. I once happened to speak with some one at the Mr Dinesh’s number. There I was told that all of my information is with them and now I will get a either refund or a new phone because my phone was in a non repairable condition. No answers after that. I got in touch with 1800-30-100-104 and everyday I was told that I will receive a call from them within 24 hours from the back end and they will refund me the money. After trying that for 20 days, Then I called Mr Dinesh again. There I spoke with Rajni, she gave me a different number for her to call 09769618055. She said that my case is all set to be refunded and I will receive call in 15 days and get the money as well. I’m standing here after 3 months with no refund and now no one is receiving the call at Rajni and Dinesh’s numbers. And, whenever I call toll free number, they commit me that I will get a call within 24 – 48 hours and there is nothing they can do more than than.
