Xperia Mobile – Handset Not working – No service

1) Due to battery back up issue i have given my Xperia mobile handset(Model-LT26W) battery on 7/7/14 to star mobiles. 2) Mr.Rupesh of star mobile told that he will replace it with new battery in 2 days. 3) On 9/7/14 i went to shop and they told the battery is not available right now. 4) On 14/7/14 they told that battery had been purchased and I may visit for replacement. I went to the shop and they inserted the battery but my handset was not working.Which was working fine before. 5) They told me to hand over the handset and they will trouble shoot the issue , I submitted my mobile on 14/7/14 . 6) From 14/7/14 I regularly followed up about the handset repair, they said still they are working on that. 7) Without my knowledge they have given my hand set to other service centre . 8) I went 3 to 4 times there and regularly called them about the status but they were not responding. 9) Finally on 21/7/14 I went to star mobiles shop at 11 am and they told that still they are working on that. At 3 pm there person went to that third party shop and bought my handset . 10)My handset & battery which was not in working condition and Mr Rupesh informed me that he cannot repair. 11) They returned my old battery & handset ( not in working condition)

1) My xperia handset was in working condition when I have given to repair it and they returned it in unworking condition. Need compensation/relief for the same. 2) They have ruined/wasted my 15 days, where I have suffered/struggled a lot. 3) I have regularly called and visited the shop. My time and money has been wasted. 4) Take some strict action against them as they wont make same mistake with other consumers. 5) Cancel there shop license.
