Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Yamaha SZR from Adhikari Automobile (Haridwar ) on 09-sept-2012.From first week a strange kind of noise started coming out of engine and bike shown very high vibration. This issue was communicated to Yamaha Service Partners. Now bike has been repaired many time by Yamaha but the problem still remains the same. It feels very dangerous while driving as bike has lost its balance completely which is a threat to rider’s life. Bike shows heavy noise and vibration even on speed less than 50 kph. I have given sufficient time for resolution of my problem to Yamaha but no significant improvements were made. My bike has been repaired more than 9 time which shows that product supplied to me was certainly of a substandard quality product which needs to be replaced now. I am seeking your kind help in this case as Adhikari Automobiles (Haridwar) has been turned down permanently from Yamaha India. Due to this I have to take my bike for service at OM Motors,Rishikesh which is very painful. I don’t feel my self safe while riding as this bike is not in good condition therefore I need a replacement for my purchase as I have been patience enough an given ample time for resolution to yamaha.

I strictly want replacement as there is no scope for repair now. Yamaha India have been repairing this bike since 9 months and every time making false commitments only.
