I have Yamaha-Fazer , I gave my bike for servicing on 30.8.2013 to SREENIDHI MOTORS PVT LTD, Governerpet,Vijayawada, on that day I asked for change the mirror and doom connector they told that there was no stock with them and stock will come soon. So they kept my mirror with them. Later on I am following with them through phone every time they told that stock is not coming due to bundh. Now bundhs are over last week again I called them for mirror they said that next week stock will come. I waited for one more week and I went to service centre regarding mirror, Now they are saying that they put new mirror only after paying money, but they already took my old mirror now they are saying that the old mirror was sent to scrap and they argue with me and they are telling that there is no proof with me regarding the old mirror. now i have voice recording proof regarding the old mirror. The Service Advisor Sampath Kumar not able to give minimum respect to customers.
