Reliance Datacard – suspended for no reasons customer care reply

I have purchased the Reliance Netconnect Datacard from the Dealer on 11-Oct-2013 with all the necessary documents submitted. There was about a week delay with mis-communication on the activation process and caused inconvenience. At last the Datacard was active around 20-Oct and in use till 20-Nov. Without any intimation my account was suspended on 28-Nov-2013, and a recharge was accepted without offering a service. When tried to contact the customer care simply they say the account is suspended for no reasons and visit the nearest store and submit the documents again. Without any reasons/communications suspending the account and not providing any reasons on customer care and when the account is suspended why the recharge was accepted. Need to provide the reason for suspending account after a month of active service and Why the recharge was accepted for suspended account. I request a refund of Rs 2000/- (my money spent for this service and walking/talking to the store/customer care) OR re-activate the account immediately with refund of my recharge amount and ensure the future service without any interruptions.
