Hello, I had given excess money while depositing the amount in the bank by mistake, the person at the counter also confirmed soon after checking in the counting machine that there was excess however she did not count manually and give me back the excess. she said the machine may not be working. we will give you a call. however I realised that the amount that I had given was 4 thousand in excess. though I have no proof of it. I went back to check with the bank but they are denying. I’m not sure how to go about this. I’m very disappointed with this experience with the bank where we trust our money with and if we are cheated by the bank employees then where do we go to.

I could forget this since 4000 INR is not a huge amount However I have lost the confidence in the bank with such a brand name. I don’t feel safe. I want it to be looked into in whatever way possible. Just to ensure that the money doesn’t get miss utilized by the employees and have no record of it.
