Telephone connection – sales issue and billing issue

Please find the below mentioned points on this and I am seriously going to the consumer court on this. No one is listening to the concern and unnecessarily I am getting calls and mails like this. I am going to highlight this in media about such an irresponsible and afraid behaviour by the company. 1. I have taken a connection from one of your executive named Naseem . 2. After only 10 days this has created some problem in connection for which I raised a complain for this and some engineer came to check this. My wife was there at that point of time and she is completely a layman in terms of technicality. That engineer took the password form her . 3. After a month I have received the bill of approximate 4.5k as my connection was misused. 4. I raised this complain to your contact centre on which they had given me a waiver of 2k in place of entire disputed amount and hence I told them to disconnect the number w.ef. 5. This is complete harassment and I am being harassed with collection calls and notices for the payment which I didn’t owe . it is the responsibility of the company to look after the technicalities and curb such cases. Need urgent resolution on this case of yours . I am not going to pay a single penny in this case. Regards Satiush Awasthi09811919718

I want this amount to be nullified to as I am not going to bear due to the technical and maual mistakes from the company end, This is not at all justified.
