Yamaha – without inspecting vehicle service team closed the ticket

Once I gave complaint about Yamaha about Rear Tyre (back tyre) for my vehicle is KA03HQ9305. But, without inspecting my vehicle Yamaha service team closed the ticket. Then I requested reopened it at 1800-420-1600/yes@yamaha-motor-india.com. I do not know what happen about Customer complaint number is IC-07357-P3X5 till now. While following up this. I complained at http://pgportal.gov.in. Register no is DOCAF/E/2013/02010. Till now, I did not get any response from grievance team. Grievance team closed DOCAF/E/2013/02010. I requested that to reopen on 03 Jan 2014. After that, i did not get any response from team. I made couple of calls to 01204235448. No One is giving any response. After about mail to Yamaha, Now hey blaming me that i had replaced with new tyre at another local workshop. Till now, I did not go any workshop. Why should I go to other local workshop, when i have under warranty?
