Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order of flower and birthday cake for my wife along with the instruction that cake and flower need to be delivered at 11 am today. I have been calling at their customer care number 8130630xxx mentioned on the website http://www.expresscakesdelhi.com/ but no body is picking up the phone call since morning and products has not been delivered. Now at 17.38 when i called at 91-923076xxx somebody called amir refused to help me and is threatening me that cake can’t be delivered and recipient has to come back to take the order at the prescribed address. They are informing that there is no commitment of order on time and they will deliver the product at 8 pm whereas office is closed at that time. I had made the payment against my credit card 4622 7153 5528 1232 Standard Chartered Bank, I already have filed a complaint with my bank and they have requested me to file a official complaint against the merchant. There is no email address and postal address of the merchant mentioned.
