I contacted Mehul Patel of Yatra.com regarding my honeymoon booking to Mauritius from 12-12-13 to 19-12-13 for which I paid Rs 40000 in advance to him and he mailed me recciepts. At the time of final payment I was informed that this receipts are not valid and your amount does not reflect in Yatra.com’s account by Ms. Roopkanta. I was told to pay that amount and also told that mauritius package wont be given to you at decided price. Roopkanta asked me to deal personally with mehul and said she is not responsible for the mehul who is employee of yatra.com. She also took my problem very lightly and denied in helping me.

My Honeymoon package for Mauritius was not booked. I had to pay more 38,000 rupees for alternate package. That package was also overpriced due to last minute bookings. My Marriage was disturbed as this happened two days before. I was forced to choose from other package as I did not had any time. My mind was totally depressed. Still my 40,000 rupees have been not received back.

I want yatra.com to apologize for the incident and compensate me with same Mauritius package for a couple on complimentary basis.
