Mumbai / Tirupati Yatra.com has cheated me. Yatra.com Booking Ref. 04101516574 Booking: 3 Hotel Rooms in Tirupati I had booked 3 rooms (3 couples / 6 adults) in Tirupati. But had to cancel the one for my in-laws as my mom-in-law lost her mother just weeks before the scheduled trip. When I approached the call center to understand cancellation procedure, they said the whole booking will have to be cancelled before the last date for getting 100% refund and fresh booking initiated. I did the same (repeat: weel before the last date for getting 100% refund). The details against each entry in the portal clearly shows “cancellation in process”. In spite of providing all the necessary details / evidences that the cancellation was done of all three rooms in a timely and efficient manner, yatra.com support executive blatantly keeps saying the cancellation was not done so there can be no refund provided.
