In yatra.com i have booked my Himachal pradesh trip(Shimla,manali,dalhousie). From yatra Deepak ratourie and Atrayee Ganguly contacted me. As per their mail they told everywhere you will get 4 star hotel.But they have provided me low quality hotel through out the trip.I called them so many times but nobody responded my call. On final day i had discussed with Atrayee and she told what ever you want to do you can. If you want to go to consumer court you are welcome. For whole trip they have charged me 48k. Also in the trip they have provided me emergency contact number but nobody picked the call.

I need the refund of money. As per them they will provide 4 star hotel but whole trip they have provided me 2 star hotel. I need they reconcile the rate and return me the rest money.
