While booking a bus ticket on yatra.com on March 21, 2014, a transaction failed. Rs. 600 were debited from my ICICI bank account and received the email from yatra saying money will be refunded. Since then I am waiting and sending them request by email to refund the debited account. Yatra said they have forwarded the request to concerned department but no further action or communication from there.
