Sir, I booked initially from the Yatra.com for Hotel Airways, but suddenly due to domestic requirement cancelled the yatra.com booking for 13 Oct 13. but later on the next day I planned for the leave and contacted hotel directly to book accommodation. their staff Mr. angrej singh given me the account no. and i deposited 700 rs, the amount. but later on he refused that they will not be able to accommodate us and will refund the amount. In the meanwhile my friend was there at Kolkata , he accidently visited the same hotel and booked the accommodation for us and they gave me the receipt of that and the payment was made in cash to them. For my refund, they told me that they will refund soon via email. But till now they have not refunded the amount. As you know that due to supercylone in orrisa all the trains were late and we also arrived late by 24 hrs at kolkata. but before proceeding to their hotel they told me that my postponemnt date for booking has been agreed for 14 Oct 13. Now when i am asking for the refund they are relating that i stayed for two days. sir, they have given my the receipt for rs 800 only for which the payment was made in cash. they have not given me the receipt for 700 which they told me to deposit directly into their hotel account. sir, pls do the needful for the refund of rs. 700.

my refund and fine of rs. 10000 so that the entire amount will be given to charitable trust for the welfare of the society.
