I have booked a ticket of sahara travels from pune to Hyderabad on 12-Aug-2013 through goibibo.com for 750rs which should start at 9:45PM from yerwada on 14th August. My booking id is GOBUSe27c51376298477. For which sahara travels operator called me on 14th august morning from 020-26162122 at 1:41PM and said cost of ticket is 2000rs and must pay at least 700rs extra to board. For which I have raised a complaint to goibibo.com about it. After 5:20PM, I have got a confirmation mail from goibibo.com that they had confirmed with sahara travels management that there is no need to pay anything like that and there will be no issue while boarding for sure. Again 7:30PM got a call from goibibo.com management and told that bus was canceled and need to pay 700rs extra to confirm that booking in new bus and new bus will be with same standards and no additional facilities which I had rejected and told I don’t need it from them by mail. Again sahara travels called me and asked about boarding for which I told to contact goibibo.com and I canceled it as if I don’t want to go for alternative bus as if this is looking like fraud scam which I even mentioned them lots of times. But operator told like there is no canceled service and you had already booked by paying 750 and you should pay 700 extra to board otherwise there will be no refund for which I told go and contact goibibo and I will manage with them. By that time I booked ticket in Akbar travels and gone to Hyderabad. As if refund from goibibo did not come. I had enquired the same for which they told I had travelled in that bus and refund will not be given. First thing is I travelled in Akbar travels same night and I have never accepted anywhere to pay extra amount they had told and I was told like bus which was running on that as per bus operator and just trying to collect 700rs extra on all tickets. And that too where this money goes with out any account which they are trying to maintain wrong financial statements at both their end and customers end.

First thing is I want my 750rs spent for ticket around which this kind scam was made should be refunded as if that bus service was canceled. For saying running service as canceled one and trying to charge extra amount we should cancel goibibo.com permission to do this kind of scams again by cancelling their license or proper fine should be kept on these guys which can goto government or any other good organisations who work for people. For creating this kind of corners for black money and giving wrong statements, sahara travels manager should be punished according to law of justice.
