i ordered a pair of adidas shoes on yebhi.com on 24 september. on 26 september i recieved the deliverd product, but when i open the box i got the wrong item in the box. i told all things about the item to costumor care executive of yebhi.com. they told me to share the snapshot of the item on support@yebhi.com and gave us 2 days to resolve your problem. after 2 days they mail me that, sorry for inconveniense. please courier us the product at yebhi.com, c/o shop online trading pvt ltd, 40th milestone, delhi jaipur highway, narsingpur industrial area, landmark near krishna maruti, udyog vihar, phase-vii, gurgaon-122001, haryana. we will either chnge the product else we gave your money back. as they told me, i send them the item through blue dart corrier company. after 3-4 days they told me that this item is not ours, it did not match our inventory products so we were sending it to you back and refuse to give my money back or change the product.
