Yebhi – damaged product received

I received my order no.YRS4923494 from yebhi on 25 nov 2013,which was faulty or rather torn from inside.i specially asked courier guy to wait so that i can check the product but he refused.When contacted yebhi they simply said its a fault from costumer’s side and neither refunded my money nor reshipped the right order and just took back the default product also. and since then they have been misbehaving mistreating and not responding properly and not returning my money

Either new damage less product or full refund.
