Even after repeated attempt to get my money back which was paid to this portal for purchase of Philips HD7450 – Coffee Maker not delivered to me till date. No reply & response from this online portal. They are doing such fraud with others also which is evident from their face book page also. Sequence of communication via mail attached. Also their customer support number is not working. This means they are total fraud.

They are cheating public who is opting this site for ease of buying different items. This is leading to money loss as well as loss of trust in Indian on line portal services. They are denting image of Nation also with this.

I want refund of my Money as well as compensation of Rs 15000 for delay for no reply or response in failure of their services which lead to mental harassment & wastage of time. Also black listing of this site due to fraud of such kind happening with other customers.
